·        Wagner Food Center Senior Scholarship Program—Take your personalized scholarship can to Wagner Food Center in Wagner, SD.  Put your name, high school, college choice and major on a label on the can.  The Food Center will give 6-$500 to Wagner students, and 4-$500 scholarships to surrounding area students.  When a person buys groceries at the store, they’ll put the receipt in the can of their choice.  The 4 students from surrounding communities with the highest dollar amount will receive a $500 scholarship.  Call 384-3617 for more info. –Sooner you start, the more money you will have by May 2009

·        Buche Scholarship Program at Wagner—Wagner surrounding schools will get $1,500 for 1st place and $1,000 for 2nd place.  Bring in a can marked with your name.  Anyone who purchases groceries may drop their receipt in the can of favorite high school senior  The TOTAL will be used for selecting the winners.  See file in blue crate by Mrs. Hanson’s door for more info.   Contest ends May 4, 2009 and starts Nov. 12, 2008.
