All 6th-12th grade student-athletes are required to complete a physical every year, prior to the sports seasons. If your child has completed their physical, you can drop off a copy of the paperwork in the superintendent's office at the high school.

Notice is hereby given, that sealed bids for the purchase of 16x22 storage shed will be received by the Platte-Geddes School District 11-5, Platte, South Dakota at the office of the Business Manager, 400 Illinois Avenue, Platte, South Dakota 57369 until 2 P.M., local time on July 11, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Details: 16' X 22' building with 3 windows; 36" walk-in door; 10' X 8' overhead sectional door with door opener (to be installed after building is moved); Primed exterior lap siding; Fully insulated and plywood sheeted interior; 100 Amp electrical panel; Interior receptacles and lighting; Exterior 120 V receptacles and 240 V RV receptacle.
Building will be moved free of charge by Summit Contracting within the Platte/Geddes area. Building must be moved by July 19, 2024. The building is located and can be inspected at the northeast corner of Platte/Geddes Elementary School parking lot.
The Platte-Geddes School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive any defects therein.

Lonnie and Pat Tutsch hosted a donut party for all elementary students and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week! The students adore "Mr. T" as a sub, and we appreciate his generosity in thinking of everyone! The kids and adults LOVED the special treat!
Our first graders had so much fun at the Great Plains Zoo today! They had a beautiful day for their field trip!
