We have another "Good News Call of the Week" to end our WONDERFUL week of Dr. Seuss Reading and Fun! Congratulations to Logan Ringling. Logan was nominated for the Good News Call by her teacher, Mrs. Neuman. Mrs. Neuman was outside on the recess playground and she observed Logan notice a Kindergarten girl who was playing alone. Logan went directly to the child, and asked her to play with her. Mrs. Neuman saw the child's face light up as she accepted the offer to play with Logan. Thank you Logan for displaying such great kindness to a young child. Thank you for modeling to our young students, and to everyone, the need to include others when we play. And thank you for modeling the Panther Way Expectation of Kindness. Here is sweet Logan calling her mom, Amy.
Bohde Kuiper is our Good News Call this week! Bohde was nominated for the Good News Call by Mr. Kemnitz. Mr. Kemnitz was picking up PE equipment to take to the Colony sites for class, and Bohde noticed he had a lot to pick up, put away, and carry; so he asked Mr. Kemnitz if he needed help. Then Bohde happily jumped in and assisted him with the task. Mr. Kemnitz reported, “Having Bohde help me move equipment made a task that would have taken me 15 minutes, last only 2-3 minutes because we were working together. “ Thanks Bohde for noticing that Mr. Kemnitz need help and for helping him. Also, thanks for your lovely smile all day every day!
