Congratulations to the Platte-Geddes Spelling Bee kids on winning first place at the Missouri Valley Spelling Bee held at DC yesterday. Congratulations to Oakley DuFrain, Karliah Archambeau, Jace Antonsen, and Braxton Veurink on winning first place! Congratulations to Kira Kozoriz on winning 2nd place. Murphy Nachtigal on winning 3rd place and to Talli Graves on winning 3rd. On Monday, February 19, Presidents Day, we had the privilege of welcoming veterans Corey Rabenberg and Kyle Meyerink to speak to our students regarding the United States Flag. Liam Hoffman was nominated for the “Good News Call” by Mrs. Nelson and Mrs. Patzlaff. Liam was nominated for showing growth and maturity in the fifth-grade classrooms.
